Small is beautiful — and powerful
Sitting on a small, constrained site in a dense urban context, this infill project plays a big role. Located at the crossroads of several important properties in the 240 ha Bonifacio Global City (BGC), it is a strategic anchor for the district, using retail to draw people into BGC. Building on its location next to the popular Track 30th Park, we created a corner garden plaza that invites foot traffic up and into the three-level retail podium through patio “steps” lined by food and beverage outlets. 

These terraces and their merchants distinguish the property from bigger projects with similar programs, create a strong visual and physical connection to the surrounding commercial developments, while providing desired dining activities and a welcoming face on the street.
